Ingredients

1 Tortilla 1 number
2 Precooked Beans 2 tbsp
3 Oil, Tomato Sauce 1 tsp each
4 Chopped Garlic 1 pod
5 Chilli& Cumin Powder 1/16 tsp
6 Mayonnaise & Tomato Salsa 1 1/2 tbsp each
7 Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot 1 tbsp chopped
8 Onion 1 tsp chopped
9 Precooked Rice+Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Rice mixed with 1/4 tsp lemon juice
10 Salt & Pepper 1/16 each

Method

1 Microwave Oil& Garlic in a bowl for 30 seconds
2 Add chilli powder, cumin powder in to the hot oil & mix well.
3 Add Beans, tomato sauce and microwave again for 30 seconds.
4 Place the tortilla on foil/butter paper.
5 Spread mayonnaise & Salsa all over the tortilla.
6 Place the chopped Veggies, Beans & Rice in the middle across the tortilla
7 Sprinkle salt & pepper on top.
8 Fold it the ‘Mexican Burrito’ way and serve

Tips

1 Add sufficient amount while cooking beans
2 Filling can be veggies of your choice. Like Zucchini, Cheese and more
