Veggy Pinwheel

Ingredients

1 All Purpose Flour 1/4 cup
2 Yeast, Sugar, Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp each
3 Salt 1/16 tsp
4 Olive Oil 1/2 tbsp
5 Oregano & Rosemary 1/4 tsp each
6 Lukewarm Water 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
7 Garlic Cloves 2 pods (chopped)
8 Onion & Capsicum 1/4 medium size (chopped)
9 Grated Cheese 20 gms
10 Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp

Method

1 Dissolve sugar in lukewarm water and add yeast into it. Mix well
2 After 5 minutes add in flour, salt, herbs, chilli flakes, olive oil & mix well
3 Knead it into soft dough
4 Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and leave it for 30 minutes
5 Roll out half portion of the dough to make an elongated base
6 Spread sauce, 10 gms of grated cheese and top it up with the veggies
7 Drizzle the remaining cheese on top.
8 Roll the base along the length and cut them to form the pinwheel shapes
9 Baste the rolls with milk and and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

1 Feel free to add vegetables of your choice.
