1 Unsalted Cooking Butter 2 tbsp
2 Dark Chocolate 13 gms
3 Sugar 1/4 cup
4 All-purpose flour 1/8 cup
5 Egg Half
6 Unsweetened Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
7 Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp
8 Baking powder & Salt 1/16 tsp each
9 Whipped Cream 4 tbsp
10 Caramel & peanuts 1 tbsp each
1 Microwave butter and dark chocolate until melted or 45 seconds.
2 Stir in sugar and vanilla and mix well. Let it cool.
3 Add the beaten egg, cocoa powder and blend well.
4 Finally add flour, baking powder & salt. Pour the batter into moulds.
5 Bake for about 30 mins or until dark brown.
6 While brownies are baking, whip the cream and set aside.
7 In a glass container, spoon a tbsp of caramel and peanuts.
8 Layer cream and brownie.
9 Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkles.
1 Add walnuts instead of peanuts for a variation in taste.
2 Add a dollop of ice-cream instead of cream on top.
