Red Velvet Cup Cake

Ingredients

1 Unsalted Cooking Butter 1 tbsp
2 Red Liquid Food Color 1/8 tsp
3 Condensed Milk 1/4 cup
4 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1/4 cup
5 Baking Powder 1/8 tsp
6 Baking Soda 1/8 tsp
7 Butter Milk 2 tbsp
8 Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
9 Cocoa Powder 1/2 tbsp

Method

1 Sieve&Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder.
2 Whisk butter, condensed Milk and food color in another bowl
3 Add Vanilla Essence and whisk again until blended well.
4 Add the mix from step 1 and blend again along with butter milk.
5 Line the cupcake tray with cupcake liners
6 Fill 3/4th of the linerswith the above mix.
7 Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Tips

1 Don’t whisk too vigorously.
2 At step 7, check the cake after baking for 10 minutes.
