Veg Sheek Kabab

Ingredients

1 Boiled Yellow Moong Dal 1/4 cup
2 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes 1/8 cup
3 Grated Onion & Carrot 1 tbsp each
4 Chopped Coriander 1 tbsp
5 Ginger Garlic Paste 1/8 tsp
6 Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
7 Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
8 Garam Masala, Turmeric Pwdr 1/8 tsp
9 Salt 1/8 tsp
10 Oil 2 tbsp

Method

1 Mix all the ingredients except oil
2 Mix the mixture into 4 equal portions
3 Press the portions onto the kebab sticks
4 Brush the kebab and the baking tray with oil
5 Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
6 Serve hot with green mint chutney

Tip

1 Cook the Kababs over a grill for even healthier version
