Black Forest Pastry


1 Unsalted Cooking Butter 12 gms
2 Vanilla Essence 1/8 tsp
3 Condensed Milk 50 gms
4 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 22 gms
5 Baking Powder&B. Soda 1/8 tsp each
6 Aerated Soda 1/8 cup
7 Cocoa Powder 1/2 tbsp
8 Whipping Cream 25 gms
9 Grated Chocolate 1 tsp
10 Cherry 6 numbers


1 Sieve flour, baking Powder, baking Soda , cocoa powder and mix well
2 Mix butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence in another bowl
3 Mix the content of both the bowls together. Then, add soda & blend well
4 Line a 4/4-inch square shaped cake tin with oil and flour
5 Put the batter mix into the tin and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes
6 Let the cake cool. Cut it into two pieces of the same size and shape
7 Whip the cream and spread a layer on top of one of the pieces
8 Crush 2-3 cherries and place the cherries on the cream
9 Place the other piece on top. Spread cream on all sides (top layer also)
10 Decorate with cherries, grated chocolate and serve.


1 Refrigerate the cake before serving
2 Use piping bags and nozzles for decoration
