Rich Chocolate Cake (2 Servings)

What goes in?

1    Unsalted Cooking Butter    25gms
2    Oil    1/16 cup
3    Vanilla Essence    1/4 tsp
4    Milk    ¼+ 1/8 cup
5    All Purpose Flour (Maida)    ¼ cup
6    Baking Powder & B. Soda    1/8 tsp each
7    Sugar    60 gms
8    Cocoa Powder    2  tbsp
9    Egg    1
10    Salt    1/16 tsp

Method:

1    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt and sugar
2    Mix butter, milk, vanilla and cocoa powder and microwave for 1 minute
3    Mix the ingredients in both the bowls together
4    Add egg, vanilla essence& blend well
5    Line a 4/4-inch square shaped cake tin with oil & butter paper
6    Put the batter mix into the tin and bake at 175 ° C for 50 minutes
7    Let the cake cool. Top the cake with chocolate frosting.

Facts and Tips:    

1    Refrigerate the cake before serving if you like it cold
2    Use piping bags and nozzles for chocolate frosting decoration
