Chocolate Chip Cookies (2 Servings)

What goes in?

1    Unsalted Cooking Butter    25 gms
2    Vanilla Essence    1/4 tsp
3    Brown Sugar    1 tbsp
4    Sugar    ½ tbsp
5    All Purpose Flour (Maida)    1/4 cup
6    Baking Powder    1/16 tsp
7    Baking Soda    1/16 tsp
8    Chocolate Chips    2 tsp
9    Milk    ½ tsp


1    Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar & vanilla essence
2    Sieve in the mixture of flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl.
3    Add milk and mix well. 
4    Add Choco chips and fold it into the mixture. 
5    Make balls with ½ tbsp each of the above mixture.
6    Line with butter paper on the baking tray
7    Place the prepared balls on the baking tray and flatten it to thin circles
8    Bake at 180°C for 8 mins on the middle rack
9    Transfer the cookies from the tray and let it cool on a cooling rack
10    Serve with a tall glass of milk

Facts and Tips:

1    After 4 mins,if cookies are browned from bottom move tray to top rack
