Penne Pasta in white sauce

Ingredients

1 Penne Pasta 250 gms
2 Vegetables 300 gms
3 Butter 100 gms
4 All Purpose Flour 20 tsp
5 Milk 1 Litre
6 Garlic 1 pod – 8 cloves
7 Processed Cheese Cubes – 2 Cubes/40 gms
8 Herbs (Rosemary, parsley) – 2 twigs each
9 Salt and pepper – 1 tsp each
10 Meduim Size bowl 8 numbers
11 1 tsp 8 numbers
12 1/4 tsp 8 numbers
13 1/2 cup 8 numbers
14 8 cutting boards
15 Weighing balance
16 8 spoons

Method

1 In a bowl, microwave butter, garlic and rosemary for 2 minutes
2 Combine all-purpose flour into the above mixture
3 Add milk, grated cheese, salt, pepper and mix well
4 Microwave for 1.5 minutes stirring it every 30 seconds
5 Add 25 gms of penne pasta to the white sauce
6 Add par boiled veggies and mix well
7 Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve hot

1 Do try out different varieties of herbs and veggies for change in flavor
