1 Unsalted Cooking Butter 1 tbsp
2 Castor Sugar 1 tbsp
3 Cardamom 1 medium size
4 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 2 tbsp
1 Blendbutter and sugar using a hand blender until soft and fluffy
2 Add powdered cardamom to the above mixture
3 Add all-purpose flour 1 tbsp at a time and mix well using your hand.
4 Make two ballsof equal size and flatten them out slightly
5 Place them on a greased baking tray.
6 Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes on the middle rack.
7 Transfer the cookies from the tray and let it cool on a cooling rack.
1 After 4 mins, if cookies are browned from bottom move tray to top rack
