1 Unsalted Cooking Butter 30 gms
2 Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
3 Condensed Milk 1/4 cup
4 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1/4 cup
5 Baking Powder 1/8 tsp
6 Baking Soda 1/8 tsp
7 Milk 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
8 Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
9 Oil 1 tsp
10 Castor Sugar 1 tsp
1 Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda using a whisk
2 Whisk butter and condensed milk in another bowl
3 Add vanilla essence and whisk again until blended well
4 Mix the content of both the bowls together. Add milk &blend well
5 In another bowl, mix cocoa powder,sugar & oil
6 Add 1 tbsp of the prepared batter mix to the cocoa powder mix & blend
7 Line a 4/4 inch square shaped cake tin with oil and flour.
8 Put 1/2 of the batter mix into the tin and top it with the cocoa mix.
9 Add the remaining batter on the top of the cocoa mix.
10 Twirl with a fork to form marble design. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes
