Mango Soufle

Ingredients

1 Whipping Cream 1/16 cup
2 Hot Water 3 tsp
3 Gelatin 1 tsp
4 Condensed Milk 2 tbsp
5 Mango Puree 1/16 cup
6 Milk 2 tbsp
7 Chopped Mango 1/16 cup

Method

1 Whip the cream until soft peak forms
2 Dissolve gelatin in hot water
3 Add ingredients 4 to 6 to gelatin solution and mix well
4 Fold in the whipped cream and garnish with chopped mango
5 Refrigerate for 120 minutes and serve chilled

Tip

1 Leave some cream aside and garnish before serving
