1 Peanut, Roasted & Salted 1/4 + 1/8 cup
2 Butter 25 gms
3 Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
4 Icing Sugar 3 tbsp
5 Low sugar Biscuits 2
6 Chocolate Chips 4
1 Crush the biscuits and mix with butter using your fingers.
2 Take a silicon mould and spread a layer of biscuit mix
3 Leave it to set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
4 Meanwhile, make a paste of the peanut in a blender.
5 Add in melted butter, vanilla essence and mix.
6 Blend in the icing sugar.
7 Take out the moulds& spread peanut mix on top of the biscuit layer.
8 Decorate with peanuts and chocolate chips.
9 Let it set in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
1 Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
