Blushing Strawberry Cup Cakes

Ingredients

1 Unsalted Cooking Butter 30 gms
2 Strawberry Crush 2tsp
3 Condensed Milk 1/4 cup
4 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1/4 cup
5 Baking Powder 1/8 tsp
6 Baking Soda 1/8 tsp
7 Milk 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
8 Chilled Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
9 Icing Sugar 1/2 tbsp

Method

1 Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda with a whisk
2 Whisk Butter and Condensed Milk in another bowl
3 Add Strawberry Crush and whisk again until blended well
4 Add the mix from step 1 and blend again along with milk.
5 Line the cupcake tray with cupcake liners
6 Scoop 1 tbsp of the above mix into each cups
7 Bake at 175 ° C for 15 minutes
8 Mix sugar, fresh cream and whip until soft peak forms
9 Top the cup cake with the whipped cream and serve

Tips

1 Don’t whisk too vigorously at step 4.
2 At step 5, check the cake after baking for 10 minutes.
3 Garnish with one slice of strawberry.
