Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

1 Chopped Green Chillis 1/2 tsp
2 Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
3 Oil 1 tsp
4 Curd 1.5 tsp
5 Mint Leaves 1/4 cup
6 Coriander Leaves 1/8 cup
7 Cumin Seeds, Salt &Grm Masala 1.4 tsp each
8 Paneer 1 inch cubes 4 numbers
9 Capsicum, Onion & Tomato 1/2 each
10 Kabab Sticks 2 numbers

Method

1 Blend all the ingredients 1 to 7 in to smooth paste.
2 Marinate paneer in the above paste for 20 to 30 minutes.
3 Chop onion, capsicum & tomato into 1 inch squares.
4 Thread paneer, onion, capsicum & tomato onto the Kebab sticks.
5 Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

Tip

1 Add ½ tsp of cheese spread to the marinade.
