Vanilla Cupcakes (3 servings)

What goes in?

1    Unsalted Cooking Butter    30 gms
2    Vanilla Essence    1/4 tsp
3    Condensed Milk    1/4 cup
4    All Purpose Flour (Maida)    1/4 cup
5    Baking Powder    1/8 tsp
6    Baking Soda    1/8 tsp
7    Milk    1 tbsp + 1 tsp
    

Method:

1    Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda with a whisk 
2    Whisk butter and condensed milk in another bowl
3    Add vanilla essence and whisk again until blended well
4    Add the mix from step 1 and blend again along with milk
5    Line the cupcake tray with cupcake liners
6    Scoop 1 tbsp of the above mix into each cups. You may even use an ice-cream          scooper for this purpose.
7    Bake at 175 ° C for 15 minutes or until light golden brown

Tips and Facts:

1    Don’t whisk too vigorously at step 4
2    Check the cupcakes after 10 minutes of baking
3    It would be a good idea to sift the flour after step 1
