Spaghetti Bake

What goes in?

Corn Flour       1 tbsp
Warm Water    2 tbsp
Chopped Spinach Leaves    1/4 cup
Chopped Tomatoes    1/4 cup
Cheese     20 gms
Fresh Cream    1/4 cup
Par-boiled Spaghetti    50 gms before boiling
Salt    1/4 tsp
Pepper    1/4 tsp


1    Mix Corn Flour in warm water
2    Add Spinach leaves and tomato to the above mixture
3    Add cream, grated cheese, salt, pepper and mix well
4    Add par-boiled spaghetti and mix again
5    Transfer to a baking dish and  bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
