Mango Kalakand

Ingredients

1 Mango Puree 2 tbsp
2 Condensed Milk 1 tbsp
3 Milk 1 cup
4 Lemon(Medium Size) 1/2
5 Almonds 2

Method

1 Boil 1 cup of milk in microwave oven
2 Curdle the milk by adding juice of 1/2 lemon.
3 Hang the curdled milk in a muslin cloth for 15 minutes to make paneer
4 Prepare mango puree and microwave for 1 minute
5 Mix in the crumbled paneer and microwave for 30 seconds
6 Add 1 tbsp of condensed milk and microwave again for 1 minute
7 Set the above mixture in a mould.
8 Decorate with chopped almonds
9 Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled
