Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

1 Butter 7gms or 1 tsp
2 Castor Sugar 1 tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp
3 Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 1/4 tsp or 4 gms
4 Vanilla Extract 1/8 tsp
5 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp
6 Baking Powder 1/16 tsp
7 Salt 1/16 tsp
8 Milk 1 tsp
9 Curd 1 tsp
10 Chopped Walnuts 1 tsp

Method

1 Melt butter and mix all the ingredients in the order mentioned above.
2 Pour the mixture in to a 2 inch/2 inch square shaped mould
3 Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes
4 Cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes
5 Serve along with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream

Tips

1 Use Silicon moulds
2 Recipe may not work with bigger moulds
