The Little Vegitzzas

Ingredients

1 1/2 Kg of All Purpose Flour in the flour container
2 3 tsp of Dry Yeast in a small bowl
3 3 tsp of Castor Sugar in a small bowl
4 3 tsp of Salt in a small bowl
5 100 ml oil in a bowl
6 1 medium bowl of Lukewarm Water
7 125 gms of Mozzarella Cheese
8 4 tomatoes for making sun dried tomatoes
9 I/2 small tray of corn
10 50 ml of Pizza Sauce
11 1 medium size yellow capsicum
12 1 tsp 8 numbers
13 1/4 tsp 8 numbers
14 1/4 cup 1 number
15 1/2 tsp 8 numbers
16 8 medium size bowl
17 8 cutting boards
18 8 bowls
18 Wet Tissue papers for covering dough
19 Pizza Slicer

Method

1 Dissolve dry yeastin 1 tsp luke warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
2 Mix dissolved yeast, flour, sugar, salt & olive oil in a bowl.
3 Knead it into soft dough.
4 Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and leave it for 30 minutes
5 Roll out the dough and cut out pizza base using a round cookie cutter.
6 Spread Pizza sauce and grated cheese.
7 Top it with sundried tomatoes and vegetables of your choice.
8 Top it with another layer of cheese and bake at 180°C for 15minutes.

Tip

1 Prick the pizza base with a fork to before spreading the sauce at step 7
