Nutella Cookies

Ingredients

1 All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1/8 cup
2 Sugar 1/2 tsp
3 Baking Powder 1/16 tsp
4 Baking Soda 1/16 tsp
5 Salt 1/16 tsp
6 Cold Unsalted Cooking Butter 1 1/4 tsp
7 Nutella 1 tbsp
8 Butter Milk 2 tsp

Method

1 Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
2 Add in cold butter/, crumble it and combine it with the dry ingredients.
3 Add buttermilk and gently fold it into the mixture.
4 Now add Nutella and swirl it into the mixture to make a marble design.
5 Scoop 1 tbsp each and place on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
6 Bake at 180°C for 15 mins on the middle rack.
7 Transfer the cookies from the tray and let it cool on a cooling rack.

Tips

1 After 10 mins, if cookies are browned, move the tray to top rack
2 This cookie is crisp outside and chewy inside
