Baked Pakora

Ingredients

1 Onion 30gms
2 Potato 30gms
3 Carom Seeds & Cumin powder 1/8tsp each
4 Salt 1/16tsp
5 Chilli powder 1/4tsp
6 Corn flour 1/2 tsp
7 Gram flour 2tbsp
8 Mint and Coriander leaves 1/2 tsp each, finely chopped
9 Baking powder 1/8 tsp
10 Oil 2tbsp

Method

1 Chop the onion, potatoes& Coriander, mint leafs into fine, small pieces
2 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
3 Make small balls of the mix.
4 Grease the baking tray and place the pakora mix on it. Slightly flatten it
5 Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
6 Turn the pakora upside down after 10 mins of baking for even cooking
7 Serve hot with green mint chutney

Tip

1 Replace oil with water, bake in silicon moulds for even healthier version
