Silicon onlay mats are perfect to  create intricate designs that can be used to decorate cakes, cupcakes or even cookies.

• The mould is extremely flexible, making it easy to work with. Simply lay the fondant on the onlay using light but quick strokes with a rolling pin, until the trimming blades cut through the fondant completely.
• It can also be used to cut out ribbons, edges, borders and a variety of patterns.
