RECIPE OF EGG FREE COCOA SPONGE CAKE

1. Mix Premix and Water using paddle attachment at slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes
3. Add Oil and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Pour the batter in greased mould.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for 25-30 minutes.
