This Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Premix gives you soft and spongy cake with optimum texture and excellent taste.
Ingredients : Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Whey Protein, Maize Starch, Raisin agents, Emulsifiers, Nature Identical Flavouring Substance, Salt.
Directions for Use:
1. Blend Premix with 475 ml water for 10 seconds at slow speed and for 5 minutes at high speed. Add 45ml oil to this mix and blend for 1 minute at slow speed. Pre-heat the oven.
2. Pour into greased baking tray and bake at 185 degree Celcius for 30 minutes in deck oven
