Ingredient Quantity

• Desire Egg Free Muffin Mix Vanilla Flavoured 1000g
• Water 500g
• Lily Refined Sunflower Oil 120g

How to Prepare

Add water and Desire Egg Free Muffin Mix Vanilla Flavoured in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute. Add Lily Refined Sunflower Oil and mix again for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter in oiled and lined baking moulds. Bake at 2000 C for 18 – 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 hours and then serve / pack.
