Ingredient Quantity

• Desire Muffin Mix Vanilla Flavoured 1000g
• Egg 400g
• Water 300g
• Lily Refined Sunflower Oil 200g

How to Prepare

Add water, eggs and then Desire Muffin Mix Vanilla Flavoured in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute using a flat blade. Add Lily Refined Sunflower Oil slowly and continue to mix at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter in oiled and lined baking moulds. Bake at 2000 C for 18 – 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 hours and then serve / pack.
