How to Make? Add 400g of Cake Mix to 160 ml of water and mix using a hand mixer at slow speed for 1 minute. As you mix, add 80g of sunflower oil and continue mixing at medium speed for 3 minutes until a homogenious free flowing batter is formed. Now transfer the batter to the cake tin and bake at 175 Degree Celcius for 30 minutes.
