Ideal for glazing pastry cakes, cheesecakes, mousses, desserts, fresh fruits and more. It helps prevent the moisture loss in the cakes and desserts. Gives you the perfect glossy finish. Weissmill Glaze which gives a great shine can be applied with a brush to fresh fruits or spread with a palette knife on cakes

• The pack contains 300g of Strawberry flavoured Glaze
• Usage: Put the required amount of glaze into a bowl andgently stir until a smooth texture is obtained for an easy application. 
• Add colour and flavour if required. To dilute, add upto 10% water.
