 How to use: 

1. Add 1000 gms of “Top Bake” Eggless Cake Mix and 500 gms of water to the mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 min with a whisk
2. Scrape down the batter from walls of the mixer and mix for 5 minutes at high speed.
3. Add 80 gms of vegetable oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. Pour the batter in a greased tin and bake as specified. Bake at 160-170C for 30-35 minutes.
