RECIPE OF EASY PURAVITA MULTIGRAIN

1. Mix all ingredients at slow speed for 3 minutes and at medium speed for 5 minutes,depending on dough development.
2. DoughTemperature-26°C
3. Bulk Fermentation – 10minutes.
4. Divide and mould as per desired size.
5. Proofing time 35-40 minutes at 70%RH and 35°C
6. Baking Time : 25 minutes at 210°C(depending on the size time may vary)
