Ingredient Quantity

Desire Muffin Mix Vanilla Flavoured 1000g
Egg 400g
Water 300g
Lily Refined Sunflower Oil 200g

How to Prepare

Add water, eggs and then Desire Muffin Mix Vanilla Flavoured in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute using a flat blade. Add Lily Refined Sunflower Oil slowly and continue to mix at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter in oiled and lined baking moulds. Bake at 2000 C for 18 - 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 hours and then serve / pack.
