Confect sugar paste is used cake decorating and sugar modelling. Knead the fondant by hand on a smooth, clean surface until it reaches the consistency you want. Sprinkle the surface with corn flour or powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Rollout fondant using a rolling pin or sheeter. Drape over cake and smoothen sides to achieve desired result. Confect can also be used to make sugar decoratiions like trims and figurines, 3D modelled figures, cake toppers and more.
Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
