Soft and gooey Chocolate Mousse Premix, ready in a jiffy.
Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Milk Solids, Glucose, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Stabiliser, Emulsifiers.
1. Blend the premix with 250 ml milk and whip with an electric wire whisk at highest speed for 3 minutes.
2. Prepare portions and refrigerate about 3-5 hours for the product to set.
