• Usage – Put the chocolate in a heat proof glass container over simmering water or on top of a warm oven. Ensure that it doesn’t come in contact with moisture or water in any way. Avoid mixing BAR couvertures with any compounds. Please make sure that the temperature exposure to the chocolate does not exceed 45ºC at any time.
• Storage – Store in cool, dry place away from sunlight
• Note – Humidity and temperature may cause product to develop whitish layer, but this will not affect the fitness of the product for consumption.  If the bar melts or loses shape, in transit, allow it to cool down at room temperature or in the refrigerator; the taste remains unaltered.
